"Mahindra Service Station sector 85 Noida provides a good service experience. On weekends, it’s highly recommended to take a prior online appointment due to heavy rush. On normal weekdays, you can usually walk in without any issue. The staff is polite, helpful, and very supportive throughout the service process. Tea and coffee are served multiple times, which is a nice touch while waiting. There is a well-maintained waiting room, and from there you can easily see your car through a large mirror, which adds transparency and peace of mind. Like most service stations, they may suggest some additional paid services. This is understandable from a business point of view and is similar to other service centers. Overall, it’s a good Mahindra service center in Noida with decent facilities, supportive staff, and satisfactory service."

"Vehicle: XUV 700 Diesel - Worst Place for service, untrained technicians, road test drivers and unsupportive management. 1. Engine oil leakage as engine oil cap war broken while doing service. 2. Didn't clean Engine, and engine cover. 3.Failure to diagnose issues, Engine Vibration. 4. Created new issue of lose stearing after they did alignment. I am writing this review now as after all complaints I was assured to fix issues and refund the money which I had to pay at other service center for the issues created by them. It was 30K service and the kind of sevice they did, haven't seen anywhere. Even when telling them to change something or telling them the issue they are like " ye aisa hi hota hai". 1. They broke the engine oil cap, which led to oil leakage and whole engine was covered in oil. 2. When took vehicle back there they said they will replace the oil and clean the engine. 3. Few days agter went back there to get engine vibration checked. When they lifted the vehicle there was still oil leaking. Actually it was not leakage, they didn't clean the engine and stone cover which were all soaked in oil. 4. Road test driver said vehicle needs alignment. What they did was horrible to vehicle. My Xuv700 stearing was total free, like a tractor. And when i asked them to fix. They were like ye aisa hi hota hai. 5. Had to raise compain with Mahindra and took vehicle to sec 59 service center. Road test driver immediately felt the engine noise and vibrarion which sec 85 whole team couldn't. On driving he felt the stearing issue also. 6. Finally after diagnosis, when they did alignment again, to my Shock, right front shock absorver was bent and had to be replaced and alignment was total out. That after 2 days of alignment at sec 85 service center. At end I ended up paying for shock absorber replacement, Engine Cover, Alignment and all other charges for the issues created by sec 85 Service Center. I really regret buying XUV700. Worst service experience everytime."

"Poorly managed service, no commitment, no clarity towards delivery time, no clarity towards estimation, no response from the staff despite several followups. The forms a whatsapp group when they book your car’s service. Please note that it is a single side communication group, they keep write the things what they want to write. Nobody will reply to you if you ask something. My advise is never go to this service centre."
